THE HOLIDAY HOUSE
The plot consists of 2 main buildings - besides our home in which you can book the separately accessible holiday apartment, we also rent out the former stable (among other things) as a holiday home. The fieldstone building is set back about 30m from the road and together with our brick house next door forms Hof Flieth. The house comes with its own big yard and garden and is an ideal starting point for small day trips. In the immediate vicinity are several swimming lakes, beautiful forests and picturesque villages, all easily accessible by bike and hiking trails.
On 120sqm you have space for up to 6 people divided into 1 bedroom with double bed on the first floor and 2 double beds on the upper floor (gallery). Both bedrooms are 'open'. The ground floor impresses with ceilings up to 6m high and gives the living room a very spacious and open feeling. The large living area houses the kitchen, a sofa area with a warming fireplace, a large table for up to 8 people and a bathroom. To the south, through the large patio doors the view opens into the courtyard and the vast landscape of the Uckermark. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house, the fireplace provides additional warmth.
Through the terrace you can reach the approximately 2000 sqm large garden which comes with a fireplace and beautiful perennial planting in the old house ruins. Under the large birch tree you can even relax in the heat of the summer and listen to the sounds of nature or watch the stork approaching its nest. Behind the property there is only an idyllic field on which the neighboring sheep graze and the chickens wander.
The house is a non-smoking house. Unfortunately pets are not allowed here, please inquire for our holiday apartment if you have pets.
